Born and raised in Kerrville, Texas, Chef Sarita graduated from Le Cord on Blue Culinary School in 2009. Catering out of their homes for 6 years, she and her mother decided it was time to branch out. Hippie Chicks Bakery and Bistro is a culmination of their personality and talents! 

A chefs dream is to be able to create, change, and design a menu based on her European training mixed with her roots of the Hill Country. 

Changing the menu with the seasons, with vegetables and fruits keeps fresh ideas coming to their customers. A wide variety of rustic artesian breads, pastries, and fun desserts, puts the finishing touch to your lunch as well as a  start to your day with some of the best coffee in the Hill Country. 

The mother/daughter duo prides themselves in the atmosphere of Hippie Chicks. Whether you are an old friend or a new patron, you will feel the love, peace, and comfort The Chicks blend into the food as well as ambience.
